If you have lost your token or forgotten your password, please phone 0208 181 3715 and listen carefully to the options given.

If it is not possible to get through by telephone, please send us an email to and try to follow up with a phone call as soon as possible.

As soon as BFC Bank receives this information, we will arrange for your token to be replaced or your password to be reset as appropriate.
